Who are we?
We are Piet van Oosterhout and Guus Weltings. Together we will run de Ronde van Aruba on May 12th, 2023 as a relay duo with the help of our driver, Joey van Leeuwen. We don't just cover this distance of 72 kilometers because we're bored. We do this for Trampolin pa Trabao. This foundation ensures that people with disabilities have a greater chance of finding a place in the labor market.
This 28-year-old Brabant runner from Deurne works at De Schakel primary school. Here he teaches 8th grade.
This turbo diesel from Hardenberg, aged 26, works for marketing agency The Lab. He guides his clients towards the marketing results they set for themselves.
Trampoline pa Trabao
In 2009 Trampolin pa Trabao, 'a jump to work', was founded by sister organization Sonrisa. The main goal of the foundation is to find work for people with disabilities. Often these persons have sufficient potential to work, but have difficulty entering the labor market.
